The EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 Scotland winners were announced last night at an exclusive event held at The Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire. Stream Technologies are delighted to announce that our CEO, Nigel Chadwick, was amongst the winners.
EY EOY described Nigel Chadwick as, "Amazingly persistent and hugely innovative", and also as "an entrepreneur on the edge of disrupting the digital marketplace". These traits have made Nigel Chadwick a Scotland Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 winner.
The panel, led by Duncan Skinner, Social Entrepreneur at Social Enterprise Investments Aberdeen Limited Regional, judged regional winners on their entrepreneurial spirit, financial performance, innovation, national and global impact, strategic direction, personal integrity and influence.
"The award is huge endorsement that we have something special going on here at Stream Technologies. And it is effectively an award that couldn't have been won without my co-founder and COO Kevin McDowall as well as the entire and incredible team at Stream; it's a result of our consistent focus on innovation and combined endeavours over the past decade." said Nigel Chadwick
Nigel will now join all regional winners to be vying for the title of UK EY Entrepreneur of the Year at a ceremony in London to be held later in the year.
